What is your cancellation policy?
- Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival date will receive a full refund.
- Less than 30 days, a credit will be held for 12 months.
- Less than 7 days - 100% of booking fee will be forfeited.
- No show- 100% of booking fee will be forfeited.
What do I need to bring for my stay?
The villa has a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, coffee machine, gas stove and oven. There is also a BBQ outside. We supply olive oil, salt/pepper, milk, tea, and coffee pods. All linen and bath towels are provided.
During the winter months we also provide firewood for the fireplace.
Can I bring my dog?
- Yes, we are pet friendly so your dog is very welcome, however we do have strict polices regarding pets.
- Under no circumstance is your dog to be left unattended or locked in the villa.
- Dogs can be inside, but not on the furniture or in the bedrooms.
- Dogs must be kept within the fenced yard at all times.
- Your dog must be on a lead when walking around the property
